Site Access: The customer must ensure there is a clear, stable, and safe access route for the delivery vehicle (minimum 3m width and 4m height clearance).
Kerbside Delivery: Standard delivery is to the kerbside or driveway only. If the customer requests the driver to enter the property, the customer assumes all liability for any damage to driveways, pavements, underground services (pipes/cables), or landscaping.
Waiting Time: Delivery fees include 15 minutes for unloading. Additional time will be charged at $2.20 per minute (Inc. GST).
Split Loads: While we take every care with split-gate loads, some minor mixing of products may occur during the tipping process.
Safety Exclusion Zones: In accordance with Queensland Electrical Safety Laws, our crane will not operate within 3 metres of overhead powerlines. If powerlines are present, the driver has the final authority to refuse the lift if it is deemed unsafe.
Level Ground: The crane truck requires level, solid ground to deploy stabilising outriggers. We cannot perform crane lifts on steep inclines or soft/unstable turf.
Lift “Reach” Limits: Crane pricing covers a standard lift within 5 metres of the truck. Technical lifts requiring maximum reach or lifting over fences/structures must be declared at the time of booking and may incur a $66.00 Technical Lift Fee.
Customer Responsibility: The customer or their agent must be on-site to direct the crane operator. If no one is present, the driver will drop the goods at the safest possible point at the entrance of the property.
Property Damage: By requesting the vehicle to leave the public roadway, the customer indemnifies the business and the driver against any damage caused to the property (above or below ground).
Tolls: All motorway tolls incurred during delivery are the responsibility of the customer and will be added to the invoice at cost + 10%.
Cancellations: Orders cancelled within 2 hours of the scheduled delivery window will incur a $55.00 Admin & Restocking Fee.
